How do I add notes to a member?

Sometimes you’ll want to record details for a member – such as locker combinations, phone numbers, etc – that don’t have a natural place in Mx. Desk. Rather than keeping this info outside of Mx. Desk in a spreadsheet or text document, you can keep it in Mx. Desk with Notes.

Notes are not visible to the member, but are visible to all other managers of your space.

  1. View a member in Mx. Desk.
  2. Click Notes in the right-hand sidebar.
  3. Enter the details for the member, and click Save Notes
